violations of United States and International Law in regards to the
needs of Medical Oxygen Dependent Travelers !

Monopolization
Agreements on Price or Price-Related Terms - Price Fixing / Gouging
Payment of Royalties, Commissions, Referral Fees - Medical
Patients
STARK ACT - Medical Patients
IT is “ILLEGAL” to limit a medical oxygen patient to buy or rent medical oxygen equipment
from a single or any source. By Law, it is a patient’s choice from whom or where they get their medical oxygen.
Violations of the above can be found in the United States Food & Drug
Administration Rules regarding “Prescription Required Medications”,
Americans with Disabilities Act and the ”Elder Abuse Act“. All violations carry substantial fines and many have prison terms.
As the Oxygen Dependent Traveler, we encourage you to go with a cruise line that respects your rights to 'choose' your oxygen provider with whom you have a current relationship or other companies who will provide you with outstanding service and will not take financial advantage of you.

If you are intent on going on Holland America or Norwegian, you can rent your oxygen equipment from TRAVELO2 and take it on board as your own. We can meet you at a local hotel before and after the cruise or you can rent the SeQual - Eclipse Portable Oxygen Concentrator and take it with you from home, on the airplane and to / from your cruise.
** If your oxygen is rented from any oxygen provider, their rules probably prevent you
from taking their equipment on the cruise as they have no way of providing any service or emergency repair in case of equipment failure.
And they don't have any agents outside of either the USA or their own countries to assist you like TRAVELO2 does.
